The Hawkeye Chapter of the American Red Cross serves the residents of Black Hawk, Bremer, Butler, Chickasaw, Fayette and Grundy counties in Northeast Iowa. The Hawkeye Chapter assists area residents prevent, prepare for and respond to disasters and other life-threatening emergencies.
